Summer Mini Exhibition, Haynes

Leaving Lee Mill at a more respectable 9:45 on a Sunday morning started the day better than the normal club outing.

On leaving a damp Plymouth eight Spam members headed to sunny Somerset.

The Haynes Motor Museum was not only hosting a 50th anniversary Mini display but the day also was home to a collection of Jaguars, Chevrolet's and other American cars.

The museum houses a collection of over 400 of the most bizarre, rare and boyhood dream cars that you could imagine.

Be it a DAF, Morris, Rover, Ferrari, De Tomasa Pantera, Rolls Royce, Dusenberg or simply a Ford (Thunderbird)? This collection is superb and defiantly worth the visit.

A fantastic day out for all.
